Welcome to Holiday Plan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Holiday Plan application (the "Service"), which allows you to plan and store trip information, search for points of interest, plan trips and routes, and upload and store photos from your trips. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You may use the Service to plan trips, search for points of interest, build routes, and store your own trip content, including photos. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to disrupt the Service, or accessing data that does not belong to you.
You retain ownership of the trip information, routes, and photos you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Holiday Plan a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the necessary rights to upload it.
Points of interest, map data, and related information shown in the Service may be sourced from third-party providers. This data is provided "as is" and Holiday Plan does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
The Service stores trip information and uploaded photos so that you can access them across sessions. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are encouraged to keep your own backups of important photos and trip information.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Holiday Plan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on route or points-of-interest information while traveling.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
